HRM needed a modernized brand package that spoke to the shift in the world of work. The updated brand needed to serve both employee and employer desires for continuous improvements in the workplace. We wanted the brand to resonate with people searching for new jobs and employers looking to attract and retain talent. The idea that "everyone deserves a great place to work" became the unifying thread in the campaign. We featured several great-looking local workplaces that also have great policies and procedures.
